Windmill Lane Lodge - Rates & Information

We have weekly and monthly rates and even though some 2-night stays are available we generally require a three-night stay. Pets with prior approval and additional deposit. Rates: lodge only

Winter : Nov. 1st - May 26th	$175.00 nightly
Thanksgiving: Nov 23 - 27th	$200.00 nightly
Christmas: Dec 23 - Jan 2nd	$200.00 nightly
High season May 27th - Oct. 30th	$250.00 nightly
Rally week Aug. 6 - 13th	$400.00 nightly includes shop
Note: we have additional space available to accommodate large groups, RV's, truck & trailer, tent campers, horses, etc. - call for details

» Rates based on 8-guests additional guests $25.00 per guest-per night
» Check in: 3:00 pm - Check out: 10:00 am
» Deposits: 50% due to hold your reservation plus 5% tax.
» A security deposit of $200.00 is required and completely refundable as long as there is no damage to lodge or grounds
» A map of the location will be sent with your confirmation notice

Policy Information:

We do not provide daily maid service for the lodge. We hope you will enjoy your privacy and maintain a comfortable living environment during your stay. Please empty the garbage on your departure, in a receptacle located outside and leave the cabin tidy. Any questions or if you need fresh linens please call the office at 673-3716.

Cancellations must be made within 30 days to receive deposit refund less 20% for bookkeeping fee. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days a refund is granted only if the cabin can be re-rented still less the 20 %.

We rent to only responsible adults who would care and appreciate this home as we did. Children are welcome only if they are well behaved and under adult supervision.

No wood burning or fires of any kind, except normal use of the gas grill. If any guest or visitor smokes in this home during their stay they will forfeit the security deposit.
